Oh man. A variant of the Heretic pod generator called a Spam Generator. Just creates a bunch of useless files that take up space. You delete (destroy them), new ones are instantly spawned, with a *spamspamspam* sound.

Phew, final uzi frame done. They may get some tweak later on but they're good to go IMO in case those won't happen - at least the gun's look is consistent during the animation.

Whoop! Uzi looks great! The improvement's pretty drastic -- it indeed looks like the same weapon all the way through.

Holy whoa -- now that's just damn good, sir. Beats the ever-loving mega-hell out of the original.
Damn. You keep this up and we might actually finish the darn thing. P:

Re: Cage's sprites
Thought I'll be able to get more out of the original sprite, but no luck - same case as with Buzzer. I've ended up redrawing most of the stuff.
Sorry for the slow progress.

No worries at all -- it's coming along quite well, I'd say! True to the original, but muuuuuch clearer in detail. ;D

That looks incredible! You really do have a good eye for detail and style consistency:
I'm not sure if it will be any help to you, but here's the two frames I was working on back when I was screwing around with that enemy. I kinda got stuck in a jam pretty fast when I came to the realization that I wasn't sure how I would make the walking animation look like actual walking and not the 'Thriller' dance:

Any thoughts? I've actually barely started to learn how to animate, to be honest

I think the upper body moves too much. It's a robot; its movements should look a bit robotic.
Here the basin and lower part of the torso seem to stay perfectly still; but it's swinging its metal pectorals like it was trying to see if its milkshake can bring all the boys to the yard.
