Lights in creases/cracks

Advanced OpenGL source port fork from ZDoom, picking up where ZDoomGL left off.

Lights in creases/cracks

Post by Doom1234 »

I can't tell if this a a glitch on my end or a feature I can turn off. When I'm running gzdoom there's tiny white lights flickering in the wall creases/cracks, kind of like where a wall would meet a floor for example. Kinda looks like the lights you'd see in a dark movie theatre lining the floor so people don't trip, but these lights are everywhere and kind of flicker with motion. Any ideas on how to avoid this?

Those are artifacts of precision issues. You can make them disappear by switching the renderer quality to "quality" instead of "speed" in Options > Display Options > OpenGL Options > OpenGL Preferences.
