Hey there i have a problem with gzdoom running with AEOD6. i´m submitting the report that GZDOOM has created for me. Also uploaded the list with the wads used. hope it can be useful.

Does the crash happen with the latest development build? If it doesn't, then whatever the issue is, it has probably been solved.

Could you explain the steps to produce this crash (i.e what someone should do to trigger the crash)?

You probably need to post your system specs, and also the crash report (all of it, not just the two files you posted above) with the latest development build of GZDoom.

Oh, and is this the latest version of the mod you're using? You say it's version 6. However, the latest seems to be 6.02.

Of note: When ZDoom or GZDoom crashes, it creates a zip file with all of the information needed. You are supposed to give this entire zip to developers, one or two pieces may not be enough to work with.
