I was just having a quick look through the maps before playing them proeperly and got a crash on map02.  I had just climbed some steps up a cliff, heard the hell-knight at the top make it's wake-up noise and then got the attached crash.  I played a second time and the crash didn't happen.
Also, on map 15 I noticed a rendering problem.  I'm going to guess it's done by a trick that is hard to support with OpneGL, but I thought it worth posting anyway.
