I am fairly sure Bandicam is not supported. You're "doing so at your own risk" - meaning you can use it, but no one is responsible for glitches and errors that result. Have you tried Fraps? Or HyperCam? They aren't supported either but it never hurts to try an alternative if you need the functionality.

Export a DXDiag report:
- Go to Start > Run and type 'dxdiag' (without quotes please) in the 'Open' field and press OK button
- Wait for 'green' progress bar to finish loading and then press the 'Save All Information...'’ button
- Name the file with some useful info, like your name and the date, and save it where you can find it, like the Desktop, by pressing the 'Save' button
- Press the 'Exit' button to quit this application
- Go to Start > Run and type 'msinfo32' (without quotes please) in the 'Open' field and press OK button
- When the 'System Information' window is open, click on 'File' in the top toolbar and select the 'Export...' option
- Name the file with some useful info, like your name and the date, and save it where you can find it, like the Desktop, by pressing the 'Save' button
- The export process can take a few moments, so please wait for the progress bar to finish, and then you can close this application
Uploading requested files to the forum:
- While replying to this topic, make sure "Full Editor" is open
- Click "Upload attachment" near the bottom of the editor
- Click "Browse"
- Go to your desktop, and open one of the requested files in the browse window
- Click "Add the file"
- Click "Browse" again
- Find the other file on your desktop, and then select that one
- Click "Add the file"
- Type something into your post so it is not empty
- Click "Submit"
