*dropped the dark claw (It may return if I can think of a better attack for it)

Some suggestions:
-"Hell Laser" sounds rather tame--how about a new name? "Profane Standard", "Icon of Gehenna", "Moloch's Crest", for example.
-As for the Dark Claw's attack, IIRC it was supposed to shoot a dark cloud in the alpha. Why not have it shoot a black Hexen flechette cloud that comes to a stop a few dozen feet from the player? This, and whatever you decide to call the Hell Laser, could be dropped by the Lord of Heresy and/or Arch-Vile.
-In my opinion, the homing rockets aren't good enough to justify their replacing the box of rockets. Have them do something other than/in addition to homing, such as white phosphorous explosions, or <insert a poisonous gas here>?
-The remote bombs and grenades could be made better, whether it be by increasing blast radius, increasing damage, or just making them more common. As it stands, they're kind of weak.
Nitpicking (as if the above wasn't already :Þ):
-The minigun and machine pistol's firing sounds are a tad too soft.
-The Officer dies too easily, is a little slow on the draw, and his uniform could be a different color--he looks too much like the Former Human.
Pushing the barrels, grenades bouncing off of barrels and Lost Souls, Lost Souls "puffing" instead of bleeding, the new enemies, and the dark soul ammo type are all awesome.

I have to say that DoomWBO is currently my favorite decorate mod. The new weapons add a lot to the game without taking anything away. It also makes the Ultimate Doom a lot more fun to play with, now that there are more monsters to fight. :)
I have something to ask you, though, Captain Red. Would it be okay if I borrowed the sprites for the machine pistol guy for my current project, Commandos: Re-Action? I think the sprites would fit in very well for a new enemy I was planning on adding. And, if you like, in return for borrowing your graphics I would gladly submit my enhanced super shotgun sprites I've been working on for DoomWBO. :D They're not too different from the base graphics, but I feel they really enhance the default frames and make it a lot more appealing.
