Map28: Update & Issues

A. UPDATE:
1. MAP28 is the fifth map of the "expansion pack"
2. The map has 2 objectives - obtain access to Gargantua Containment Area and obtain the second Lambda Complex security key that will allow an exit from the map (i.e., return to Map25)
3. This is a fairly linear map.
4. The theme, geometry, and progression of the map strongly resemble those of the fifth map of Paranoia.
5. Mapping = 100% complete
6. Gameplay = 100% complete
