Hi

could we have some options to change the x/y position of the crosshairs? the bullets fire about 12-16 pixels below where the crosshair is aiming.

No. The crosshair points to where you are looking. You are holding the weapon below your line of sight so the hit will be off. The difference depends on distance so a fixed offset won't help.
