And for the first time I've noticed the "unread messages" icon for subdirectories not clearing when all messages are read.

Me, too. It seems that some of the added functionality is exhibiting the same issues as at zdoom.org.

See the screenshots. These were taken after reading every thread in the GZDoom forum. I went back to the GZDoom forum by going to the DRD forum main index, then clicking the GZDoom link. None of the sub-threads marked as unread actually have any unread posts in them.
