Blood Changes in GZDoom/ZDoom.99

Is GZDoom and/or ZDoom.99 capable of giving different blood color to different actors? For example making Hell Knight and BoH bleed green and Caco's bleed red? And Lost Souls don't bleed at all, just puff? And if YES, how?
