GzDoom Problems

Playing on gzdoom, for some reason my texture scalling goes crazy is there any way to help me with this little problem?

Help me please! Gzdoom is a great engine i recently was exploring but i cant do much with the textures alignments going crazy, also it started to happen after i installed by nvidia geforce 5500 card, maybe that has something to do with it?
