Okay...
In PLAYPAL, I replaced colors 48 to 79 with a gradient of Cyan. I need Cyan for this mod I am working on, since cyan is used heavily in the graphics that I am using.
The COLORMAP lump I have seems to look fine, IT HAS CYAN in it...
Furthermore, 3D mode in Doom Builder loads the cyan textures just the way that they should load up.
But GZDoom stumbles on that aspect, and instead loads the original colors. So Cyan instead looks like a shade of orangey brown.
Extremely annoying colormap problems...
