Considering that 1.0.30 is full of bugs, can someone please point me to a download source for 1.0.29?

That's the source.

But the advice is correct. Just use the url for the current release and change the number to the one you actually want to get.

Sorry Mr. Graf BUT the last version of GZDoom (.30) don't run pwads with Custom States.
Someone can tell me why?

It does but there is a common syntax error that older versions didn't complain about (although they should have). I don't remember the detail but I think it involves you having to put your named state jumps in quotes.
