1.0.30 : Tutti-Frutti on Quake-style water

I have no screenshots.

The Quake-style water looks weird : it is some kind of black/TF scores instead of a texture. I've also seen this problem with KDIZD.

There isn't any problem when i run it with 1.0.29

No screenshots required. Reported many times and already fixed and a fixed version released (1.0.32 is the current version).

1. I got no internet connection for the computer I use to play DooM.

2. I didn't know that GZDoom was updated so frequently.
