Do these two things make any difference when using the OpenGL renderer?
In software Zdoom, I can see the detail mode making a difference as I cycle through the options, but not in GZdoom. I've never been able to work out what difference the Column Render modes make in Zdoom let alone GZdoom.
Column render mode and Detail mode?
