Code: C0000005 (Access Violation - tried to read address 00

When I finished playing with/testing my custom weapons mod, I get an error message which says :

Code: C0000005 (Access Violation - tried to read address 00000000)
Address: 0047233F
Flags: 00000000

and GZDoom asks me to make a report.
This doesn't happen with any other mod.
I know it's a problem with my upcoming weapons mod. But I can't figure out where is the bug. Can someone tell me so I can kill it ?

How the heck are we supposed to guess from that? If this was a bug report for (G)ZDoom, it would get closed and filed under not enough information. The only thing I can tell is that the cause is a NULL pointer, but that does nothing to narrow it down.

Regardless, check for the common things (bad jumps, infinite loops, that sort of thing).

It works perfectly. Nothing happens but this report. I didn't notice any bug.

Try uploading your mod, so we could help you a little better. It's kind of hard to pin-point the problem of a .wad when we can't see it ourselves
