Bullets splashing on swimmable 3d floor

As the title suggests, I want to know if it's possible for hitscan weapons to make a splash on swimmible 3d floors. If not, fair enough.


EDIT: Is there a way to make a splash as soon as touching the top of a 3d swimmable floor from any height? Right now it only splashes when you jump in or fall from a certain height.
