r219 Problem with dynamic lights on actors

Load up the attached file and summon either glowshroom1 or glowshroom2. In r219 their dynamic light doesn't appear. In 1.1.5 and earlier GZdooms it does.

[edit2] I have now noticed it on quite a few, but by no means all, actors. I can't figure out a common factor in those actors though. [/edit2]
