[r290] Maximum of Inventory items = 999

Since r290 GZDoom seems to have a maximum limit of 999 items per inventory item. That's a problem as Stronghold relies on heaving more than actually 999 "CoinItem" inventory items.

There is no such limit.

I have no problem giving myself hundreds of thousands of coins in Strife.

The issue here is the display, I think. In some hud modes, it only shows 999, when you really have more.

For SBARINFO, when you limit a display to three digits but the number being displayed is more than 999, that's the number it actually ends up showing.
