GZDoom loading issue

GZDoom loading issue

I just built a new PC, and I can't run GZDoom on it, it hangs when I try to run it, and I noticed that 2 instances of GZDoom try to run in the Task Manager. It does the same with regular zDoom as well. what gives?
EDIT: it only sometimes runs doubles, but even if it doesn't, it still hangs at the loading bar screen when it hits player 1 node.
PC has:
Intel Dual Core 2.2Ghz CPU 800Mhz FSB
2 GB PC6400 RAM
XFX GeForce 9600 GSO 768 MB
Win XP SP2

Might seem like a kinda stupid question, but are your explorer settings set to one-click-open on files?

No, one click is disabled.
