Sloped 3d floors?

Advanced OpenGL source port fork from ZDoom, picking up where ZDoomGL left off.

Sloped 3d floors?

Post by jwaffe »

Is it possible to have sloped 3d floors in Gzdoom? I tried putting the dummy sector on a slope and it didn't work. Any thoughts?

Yes, it is possible.

I got them to work, but there's no transparency (it just looks like a flat floating above the ground) and no underwater sound distortion

Also... if I put a light effect on the sector, it dyes the surface texture that color (the lighter water is a non-sloped 3d texture)

Is there any way to get around that?

Yeah, sorry. 3D floors can be sloped or translucent, but not both.

As for your other question, I have no idea.
