Nodebuilding for GZDoom specific maps?

What's the best nodebuilding setup for GZDoom specific maps? (afaik only building GLNodes is enough, true? How to?)

zdbsp -z -x -b -r is the best combination.
Or: don't do it at all and let GZDoom do it itself and cache the nodes. They'll only have to be built once.
