[1.7.0] Bug: Crash upon Changing Screen Res/Exiting

Well, the Old version was working just fine. Went to update, and now, I can't even get the INI set up.

1. I go to change the Screen Res. I hit the Test Button, Gzdoom Crashes
2. I Start up GZdoom and try to exit, so it will write the ini file. Crashes there too.

I even went as far as Reinstalling, and/or upgrading my Video Card Drivers, unplugging everything, and pretty much every troubleshooting method. I don't know whats going on. I tried the Newest SVN Build and it works just fine, no Error. Attached a Crash Report.

I asked others to see if they had this problem, and they don't.
