How the heck do I install GZDoom?

I'm not sure if I've already posted this, I can't find the thread at all.

Anyways, I've never used GIThub in any way shape or form, and so I don't know how to work with it. I do however know how to use TortoiseSVN but despite that it keeps making me download the source code. Is this the only way to download GZDoom or am I doing something majorly wrong here?

It sounds as if you want to download playable binaries rather than source code?
