2.0.03+ Crosshair alpha not correct

Crosshairs look wrong in current versions. It looks like the translucency is incorrect for many of the pixels. I first noticed it with a few of my own crosshairs but the default crosshair #6 shows this pretty well.

fixed. It seems that even for shaded textures which supposedly use red for alpha, we cannot just completely ignore the alpha channel in the texture data
