It'd be interesting if you had to use different weapons. Throwing non-lethal food pellets at animals to make them sleep, and using lethal weapons against the invaders to kill them. With penalties if you get it wrong and kill an animal or feed an alien.
That it would be, but I am still an amateur to this decorate stuff lol. So instead, I'm going to explain it away with the animal feed being corrosive to the aliens and the laser rifle having a nifty "stun" setting
It's OK, ECWolf isn't yet capable of that any way. (Really need to get around to adding damage type support. It has been high on the to-do list for awhile now, but not high enough apparently.)
