[fixed] Resurrect command CRASH/SCREW UP

If you type give health 500 over and over, you'll have over 10000 health. Cool. But not needed.

Type resurrect when you're not dead. You're health will reset to 100, even if it is above 100. It should check the player state and do nothing if the player isn't dead. Even better, make it resurrect the monster in the crosshairs.

My guess is that this is probably one of those "Don't do that!" situations. But yeah, up to Graf on that one.

Fixed - and reported to Randy. BTW, type 'fly' outside a game and watch the nice crash.

Well, I figured I owed him to finally find a real bug after all those posts that wern't actually bugs.
