How do i define Brightmaps in GLDEFS?

Post by DuduKrazy »

Yesterday i read about the new version of gzdoom and looks like i can now define parts of a sprite to be brighter. It seems that i have to define the brightmaps on the GLDEFS lump. But i don't know how do i do this. so how do i define Brightmaps in GLDEFS?

If you grab the latest version, it comes with brightmaps.pk3 which you can pull apart to analyse how it's done. (Graf's already done loads - maybe all - of the Doom stuff).

No, that doesn't work. As much as I'd like to see brightmaps work on model skins. :(
