Get the latest SVN version. That was a bug that has been recently fixed.

This topic has been split, due to necroposting. Old topic is locked. Due to the nature of some of the posts in that thread, I think it's best it not see the light of day again.

No... SVN is the "work in progress" version, that's usually unsupported other than for bug reports.

You will probably need your own compiler.

There is some documentation somewhere about how to use SVN, and what compiler to use on GZDoom. You will probably need to learn a little C, because if something gets fubar'd in the source it will be up to you to fix it, until a fix is actually posted.

And if you don't want to go through the process of installing a SVN tool and compiler you can get a pre-compiled executable from here

For future reference, it is linked directly from the front page of the Zdoom Wiki.

Yeah, I know that now, but thank you. :)

Been doing some editing on the wiki lately, so I've seen it.

Actually, I've just noticed that the version on Nash's site is still revision 164 according to the file name. There was a fix to the decal code for r165 so you probably still have 164 which doesn't have the fix. So maybe your decals are OK and the version of the engine you are using is broken.

I've been trying to get a compiler working, I've never downloaded or tested any G/ZDoom versions yet, though. If I manage to get a SVN version compiled, I'll post it somewhere.
