Although a ZDoomGL mod could have looked nice, there wasn't really enough of a difference in the two to make me want to make a zdoomGL only mod.

'proper fuzz' and GL are mutually exclusive - unfortunately.

I had a 3d lift but i removed it since it would mess up if the player stood beneath it while calling it :(

Everyone seems to be switching their projects from Zdoom to Gzdoom :?
Well, Serpent can switch freely between exe's atm, since the only difference between them is one minor bug which won't come into effect until the project is ready for testing. But of course if more stuff gets fixed then it'll stay on GZDoom with -nogl.
Maybe it's just because ZDoom''s development seems to have stalled...
Precisely. By sticking with 'normal' ZDoom we lose all the 96x stuff, and with 96x we lose all the fixes and maybe the odd feature request.
Or all the sexy new additions you've brought to it, coupled with the fact that many of us aren't willing to be seperated from 96x DECORATE.
Yep, since decorate is effectively dead atm with Randy refusing to implement the new features for somewhat dubious reasons IMO (the new item states are a poor man's code? wtf?).

Unless Grubber merges the community build with GZDoom.... ;)
