[pre-752] Yet another Transfer Brightness Level bug

Looks like real floor brightness is calculated incorrectly when combining Transfer Brightness and 3D floors in some cases:

Doesn't happen in my latest build, so my guess is that it got fixed along with the latest 3D floor sorting problem.
