In fact , now he´s the leader because I don´t have much time to spend on this project (I´m on the last year of the high school and I have to study for the vestibular , that is a test that you need to pass to enter on an university) , so Mauricio is leading it for me.MauricioRocks wrote:yeah! I'm the co-leader of the project LOL

Sorry about the huge delay in responding, I've been very busy...MauricioRocks wrote:Helo guys! how are you doin'?
I'm Rocks, co-leader of the project!
@ChupaReaper: firstly, I like to say that I loved so much your River Dragon project!
and yes, your models look pretty fine! specially the trite!
These models you've seen on our screenshots are models that I'd extract from RDDR (hope you not get angry about that) and I reanimate them using DECORATE to give them a better Doom 3 like movimentation...
Well , I was wondering to know If you let me use your models on our project... If not, I'll get rid of that imp and trite... but I realy wanna use them in our project!!
[EDIT]
Fabio914 wrote:Humm. I think these steps can be done with this program. What do you think?ChupaReaper wrote:I import an md5mesh into Blender3D.
I then export it through Blender as a Wavefront OBJ.
No Fabio, 'cuz this program only convertes md5meshs, and not md5anims...
And... forget about my poor english
You're more than welcome to use my models, it would be nice if you slip in a little name in the credits somewhere -not all this stuff is by me myself anyways, though it has taken a bit of work to convert models from other projects and Doom 3 models are twats to reanimate (messy sfx meshes) and I haven't copied the original D3 animation. I've done loads of updates to my models lately, but they're not online yet. So if you want anything D3 Demon related, just ask and I'll see what I've got.
Nice progress BTW, there's some good scripts with the PDA, etc.

I have done mdl to md2/obj can't remember if i texture worked, but I definitly lost animation, I converted the medus model from hexen 2.
The mdc and mdx RtCW models can be converted using GMax btw.
For md5mesh to md2 I use blender 3D to import the md5mesh w/o animation and then export it as an obj, where I use Misfit Model 3D (very good freeware) to convert obj to md2 and then animate.
